For custom-printed items (items with custom prints), since they are custom-made to order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. We want to encourage you to take care in selecting your purchases. We are happy to answer any questions about sizing or styling as well. We do offer one-time exchanges on custom-printed apparel if you would like to purchase a different size within 7 days from the receipt of the item. (UPDATE: ALL items purchased in November and December 2021 are eligible for exchange until January 7, 2022 as long as the item is in stock)
FOR NON-CUSTOM APPAREL (regular clothing without custom prints), we offer returns/refunds and size exchanges (if your desired size is in stock) within 7 days of receipt of the item.
