RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For GRAPHIC-PRINTED items (Graphic tees, sweatshirts, tanks), we can only offer exchanges for returns. We cannot offer refunds to original methods of payment.
For graphic-printed items, since they are custom-made to order, we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. EXCHANGES: We do offer one-time size exchanges on graphic-printed apparel within 7 days from the receipt of the item. We want to encourage you to take care in selecting your purchases. We are happy to answer any questions about sizing or styling as well!
For NON-GRAPHIC APPAREL (regular clothing without graphic prints; Joytopia Boutique), we offer returns/refunds and size exchanges (if your desired size is in stock) within 7 days of receipt of the item.
